Belt StrapsBuckles are priced separately from belts and may be mounted on a variety of first quality leathers including American alligator, teju lizard, ostrich, American bison and European calf. All belts are handmade in our Santa Fe, NM workshop, and are warranted against failure due to materials or workmanship, and will be replaced without charge if returned within one year from date of purchase. This does not cover minor defects or irregularities associated with the organic nature of leathers, except where such may effect serviceability of the product. However, any purchase may be returned for full refund of purchase price, for any reason, within 30 days of receipt, provided the item is in new and unworn condition.
You may choose to have more than one belt to wear with the same buckle set. The buckle and keepers are held in place by snaps which make the belts interchangeable. The tip is firmly secured by a "peg in a box" arrangement. While tips can be changed from one belt to another, we recommend an extra tip for each extra belt.
Billet widths (the part of the belt that passes through the buckle) correspond to buckle sizes as noted on buckle descriptions. Belts may be "straight", the same width throughout their length, or "tapered", wherein a wider belt necks down to accommodate the buckle set, as is traditional in Western styles.
Note: If purchasing one of our buckles, first choose the buckle from buckle categories in column at left, then click `Select' to view belt selections compatible with that design.
