We ship UPS. Your credit card will be charged at the time of order placement for the full amount of your purchase. We are a design workshop producing items, by hand, in small quantities. If items are not ready for immediate shipment, orders will normally be completed and shipped within four weeks of order date.

Items, except for custom orders, may be returned within 30 days of receipt provided items are in new and unworn condition.
